    * Says co's Tokyo-based unit, which is mainly engaged in big 
data analysis, AI and IoT, plans to issue 2,550 new shares via 
private placement and will repurchase 750 shares  
    * Says co will hold 43.3 percent stake in the co, down from 
53.7 percent
