    ** Co authorizes new share buyback program of up to $40 mln
    ** Teekay says it has nearly completed its previous $25 mln
share buyback plan and repurchased 3.25 mln common shares at an
average price of $7.49/shr
    ** Including the session's gains, stock is up 15.1% YTD
