** Industrial machinery and equipment maker reports 58.1% year-on-year drop in fourth-quarter profit to 426.71 million rupees ($280,512.13)
** Co's revenue dropped 1.73% year-on-year to 5.3 billion rupees
** Co's total expenses for Q4 rose to about 4.97 billion rupees
** YTD stock down 20.81%
