Further to the pre-stabilisation period announcement dated 26 September 2023,
SMBC Bank EU AG (contact: Anthony Saputo, +49 (0)69 22229-8441) hereby gives
notice, as Stabilisation Coordinator, that no stabilisation was undertaken by
the Stabilising Managers named below in relation to the offer of the following
securities in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052
under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014).
