** Chip testing equipment maker Teradyne's TER.O shares rise 2.75% to $385.52

** Hamburg Regional Court issues preliminary injunction against Elite Robots Deutschland GmbH for the copyright infringement of Teradyne unit Universal Robots' software

** Elite Robots prohibited from offering infringing software and all products containing the software in Germany until further notice

** Elite Robots Germany obligated to provide comprehensive information about infringing acts and disclose information about customers it has supplied

** Teradyne Robotics says it will take legal action against Elite Robots’ distributors and partners if they continue to offer infringing software

** Including session's moves, TER up about 98% YTD
