       Oct 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported
by 1330 GMT on Friday:

        ** Credit data company Experian  EXPN.L  has agreed to buy Brazilian cyber security firm
ClearSale  CLSA3.SA , it said, in a $350 million expansion of its footprint in Latin America's

        ** Tellurian  TELL.A  shareholders have voted in favor of the U.S. LNG developer's
proposed $1.2 billion acquisition by Australian energy producer Woodside Energy Group  WDS.AX ,

        ** Europe's biggest gas distributor Italgas  IG.MI  is nearing an agreement on a
proposed 5 billion euro ($5.51 billion) deal to acquire its main domestic rival, 2i Rete Gas,

unit ahead of a planned listing of the business, two sources said, as the 7-Eleven owner aims to
