Brief: Matix, Termo Rex sign agreement with Polska Grupa Gornicza

Sept 20 (Reuters) - Termo Rex SA  TRRP.WA : 
    * Matix Sp. z o.o. (Matix) in a consortium with Termo Rex 
signs a framework agreement with Polska Grupa Gornicza Sp. z 
o.o. and contractors for total of 18.1 million zlotys ($4.7 
million) plus VAT 
    * Under the agreement, the consortium will be entitled to 
make seven offers for the total net value of 12.6 million zlotys 
plus VAT 
    * The deal concerns the modernisation of scraper belt 
conveyors in 2016-2017
