Australia's Castle Minerals jumps on drilling update from Ghana project

** Shares of Castle Minerals  CDT.AX  jump as much as 9.1%
to A$0.024, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since Jan 27
    ** The mining co says multiple, wide, high-grade,
near-surface graphitic schist lenses confirmed by recently
completed drilling campaign at Kambale Graphite Project, Ghana
    ** Co says completed placement to raise A$2.5 mln ($1.66
mln) before costs to accelerate work at Kambale and other
projects
    ** Issue price of A$0.02 per share is at a 9.1% discount to
last close on March 8
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Feb 23
    ** Volumes are 2.5x the 30-day average of 1.5 mln shares
    ** Stock up 4.8% YTD, as of last close
