Annual Report for the Year Ended 30 September 2024

 

Tertiary Minerals plc (AIM: TYM) is pleased to advise that the full version of
the Annual Report, for the year ended 30 September 2024 and the Notice of the
2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has now been published on the Company's

registered shareholders today to notify them of the publication of the Annual
Report and Notice.

 

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 6 March 2025 at Arundel
House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG.

 

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be
found on pages 56 and 57of the Annual Report at the link above.
