Annual Report for the Year Ended 30 September 2025

 

Tertiary Minerals plc (AIM: TYM) is pleased to advise that the full version of
the Annual Report, for the year ended 30 September 2025 and the Notice of the
2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has now been published on the Company's

A letter or email, depending on individual preference, is being sent to
registered shareholders today to notify them of the publication of the Annual
Report and Notice.

 

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 19 March 2025 at Mottram
Hall, Wilmslow Road, Mottram, Cheshire SK10 4QT.

 

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. today and instructions can be
