Tertiary Minerals plc (AIM: TYM) is pleased to advise that a full version of
the Annual Report, for the year ended 30 September 2022 and the Notice of the
2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has now been published on the Company's

registered shareholders today to notify them of the publication of the Annual

The AGM has been convened for 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 16 February 2023 at
Arundel House, 6 Temple Place, London WC2R 2PG.

 

Proxy Voting will be available from 5.00 p.m. and instructions can be found on
