Australia's Tesoro Resources rises on higher concessions at Chile project

** Shares of Tesoro Resources  TSO.AX  rise as much as 8.5%
to A$0.077, set for their best session since Feb 4, if gains
hold

 that it has increased its concession holdings at the El Zorro
gold project in Chile by about 22 sq km 
    ** Says new concessions enhance district prospectively of
the El Zorro gold project
    ** Stock hits highest level since Feb 15
    ** Tesoro down ~6.6% this year, as of last close
