Distribution of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 30
September 2025, which incorporates the summarised Annual Financial Statements
and Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be distributed to
shareholders and published on the Company's website www.tharisa.com on 19
December 2025.  The summarised Annual Financial Statements contain no
modifications to the audited results, which were published on 1 December 2025.
The consolidated Annual Financial Statements and the BDO audit report are
available on the Company's website www.tharisa.com.

 

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at First
Floor, Office 108

S. Pittokopitis Business Centre, 17 Neophytou Nicolaides and Kilkis Streets,
Paphos, Cyprus on Wednesday,

18 February 2026 at 11:00 Cyprus time (UTC +2), to transact business as stated
in the Notice of AGM. Shareholders will also be able to join the AGM via
remote meeting platform Microsoft Teams. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for
more information. The Notice of AGM is available on the Company's website
www.tharisa.com.
