INVESTOR PRESENTATION: THARISA PRODUCTION REPORT FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER AND
YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2022 AND KARO MINING HOLDINGS UPDATE

Tharisa, the platinum group metals (PGMs) and chrome co-producer dual-listed
on the Johannesburg and London stock exchanges, is pleased to announce that
Tharisa CEO Phoevos Pouroulis and Karo Mining Holdings ('Karo') Managing
Director Bernard Pryor will provide a live presentation relating to production
and cash balance numbers for Q4 and financial year ended 2022, as well as an
update on Karo.

The update will be held via the Investor Meet Company platform on 12 October
2022 at 3:00 pm BST/ 4:00 pm RSA time.

The presentation will cover an operational update and delve into development
timelines and funding plans for Karo, a tier one Platinum Group Metals
development asset on the Great Dyke in Zimbabwe, majority owned by Tharisa.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. A copy of
