Treasury shares and total voting rights

 

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Tharisa
hereby notifies the market that as at 31 March 2023, Tharisa has 302 596 743
issued ordinary shares of US$0.001 each admitted to trading.

 

At 31 March 2023, 2 802 709 shares are held in treasury and the total number
of voting rights in Tharisa is 299 794 034. This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change
in their interest in Tharisa under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
