    ** Co signs agreement to establish second cryptocurrency

    ** Co's wholly owned subsidiary NBTC and Kazakhstan-based
LGHSTR to own 51% and 49% of the joint venture, respectively
    ** JV plans to invest and build cryptocurrency mining sites
with a total capacity of 200MW within two years
    ** Co on Aug 4 also signed another cryptocurrency mining JV
agreement with Kazdigital
    ** Bitcoin  BTC=BTSP  up 0.5% at 46982.66, as of 0800 ET
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock up over 250% YTD
