** Shares of Travelers Cos TRV.N are up 0.9% on Wed, with the property casualty insurer seen reporting a small increase in rev in its qtrly results, due before the bell Thurs

** Travelers is expected to show a rise in Q1 rev to $10.63 bln from $10.52 bln in the yr-ago period, with adj EPS seen at $7.08 vs $1.91 reported a yr ago, according to LSEG

** Travelers has beaten analysts' earnings expectations in all but one of the past eight reporting periods, LSEG data shows, with sole miss in Q1 2024

** The median 12-mo PT on TRV is $310.00, while the stock was last at $302.22

**  Analyst recommendations on the stock include eight "strong buy" or "buy" ratings, 18 "hold" ratings and two "sell" ratings, per LSEG

** Stock is up ~4.2% YTD, outperforming the 0.7% rise in the Dow .DJI
