** Shares of Thirumalai Chemicals  THRM.NS  fall 5.3% to
255.2 rupees
    ** The commodity chemicals maker said on Wednesday its Q4
consol net loss widened to 204.7 mln rupees ($2.5 mln) from a
loss of 128.4 mln rupees an year ago
    ** Co hurt by a 35% surge in cost of materials consumed
during the quarter
    ** More than 828,743 shares change hands, 1.2x its 30-day
avg
    ** Stock down ~6% so far this month
