On 11 November 2016, the Company was informed by Paul Johnson that he had acquired 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that day at a price of 0.0247 pence each.
Following this acquisition, Paul Johnson and his spouse are beneficially interested in 150,066,237 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
