Director/PDMR Shareholdings

 

Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider,
announces that on 18 October 2023 Paul Hird, Non-Executive Director of the
Company, purchased 86,930 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28.28 pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, Paul Hird has a total beneficial interest in
86,930 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share
capital.
