Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider,
announces that it has today published notice convening the Company's 2022
annual general meeting to be held at 1:00pm on 31 October 2022 at the Hilton
Manchester Deansgate, M3 4LQ.

 

Copies of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which was published
on 23 September 2022, together with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 May 2022 are available at the Company's website
