Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider,
announces that it has today published notice convening the Company's 2024
annual general meeting, to be held at 10:30am on 5 November 2024 at Hilton
Manchester Deansgate, 303 Deansgate, Manchester M3 4LQ.

 

Copies of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which was published
on 26 September 2024, together with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 31 May 2024 are available on the Company's website
