Time Out Group signs 10-year franchise agreement with ITP Media Group for Hong Kong and Singapore

Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business, today announces that it has entered into a new 10-year franchise agreement with ITP Media Group ("ITP") covering Time Out's Media operations in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Under the agreement, ITP will operate Time Out Hong Kong and Time Out Singapore, including their editorial operations, digital platforms, social channels, events and experiential activations. The agreement builds on a successful partnership spanning more than 20 years, during which ITP has operated Time Out franchises across the Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC"), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Doha, Riyadh and Jeddah. ITP Media Group is a leading media company operating more than 40 brands and over 200 live events annually, reaching a global monthly audience of more than 200 million across digital, social, print and live platforms.

Hong Kong and Singapore are well-established Time Out Media businesses with strong audiences and significant long-term growth potential. The new agreement supports Time Out's strategy of partnering with experienced local operators to grow the Media business while maintaining the editorial quality, trusted recommendations and city expertise that define the Time Out brand.

The transaction supports the Group's strategy of partnering with established local operators in selected territories while generating recurring franchise fee income from the Time Out brand. As part of the transaction, the Time Out Hong Kong and Singapore Media teams will transfer to ITP Media Group and continue supporting the business under the new franchise structure.

Completion of the transaction is occurring immediately. Time Out Hong Kong and Time Out Singapore will continue operating without interruption for readers, commercial partners and contributors.
