Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 / Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2024

 

Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business,
announces that further to the release of its audited results on 30 October
2024, the Company has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the
12 months ended 30 June 2024.

 

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for 2024
will be held on 11 December 2024 at 5:00 pm at Time Out Group plc, 172 Drury
Lane, London, WC2B 5QR.

 

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and the associated
Form of Proxy have been posted to the shareholders on 12 November 2024. These
documents are also available on the Company's website
at www.timeout.com/investors (http://www.timeout.com/investors) .
