Notice of General Meeting 2026 and FY25 Annual Report and Accounts

 

Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business,
announces that a General Meeting ("GM") will be held on 22 January 2026 at
3:00 pm at Time Out Group plc, 172 Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR to approve the
Company's FY25 Annual Report and Accounts and certain related matters.

 

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of GM and the associated
Form of Proxy have been posted to the shareholders on 30 December 2025. These
documents are also available on the Company's website at
