Publication of Circular

 

Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global media and hospitality business,
announces that, further to its announcement yesterday of a Firm Placing,
Conditional Placing, Retail Offer and Debt to Equity Conversion, the Company
has today published a Circular, including a Notice of General Meeting. The
General Meeting will be held at 9.30 a.m. on 6 January 2026 at 1st Floor, 172
Drury Lane, London, WC2B 5QR. Full details of the proposals and resolutions
are included in the Circular.

Copies of the Circular (including the Notice of General Meeting) and the
associated Form of Proxy are being posted to the shareholders today. These
documents are also available on the Company's website at
