HK-listed Times Neighborhood extends gains as shareholder raises stake

** Shares of property management services group Times
Neighborhood Holdings Ltd  9928.HK  surge as much as 10.1% to
HK$5.78, their highest since May 7, on course for a third
consecutive session of gains
    ** Stock on track for best day since Jan 6; among the 30
biggest percentage gainer on the Hong Kong bourse
    ** The Guangdong-based property manager says its controlling
shareholder Best Source Ventures Ltd has bought 900,000 co
shares at an average price of HK$5.07 each in the open market
between May 12 and May 14 to demonstrate its confidence in the

    ** Says Best Source now owns 462.7 mln shares, or 46.94% of
the Hong Kong-listed firm, and does not rule out the possibility
of further increasing its shareholding in the co 
    ** The Hong Kong Hang Seng sub-index tracking property firms
 .HSNP  rises 1.9%
    ** Both the Hang Seng China enterprises index  .HSCE  and
the benchmark index  .HSI  climb 1.2%
    ** As of last close, stock down 27.7% this year
