Sept 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1945 GMT on Friday:

** Videogame maker Electronic Arts EA.O is in advanced talks to go private at a valuation of roughly $50 billion, a source familiar with the matter said. nL3N3VD12O

**  Dutch bank ING INGA.AS said it was facing a delay completing the previously announced sale of its Russian division to Global Development JSC. [nFWN3VD169]

** Airline group Abra has decided to terminate talks on a potential merger between Brazilian carrier Gol GOLL54.SA, which it controls, and rival Azul AZUL4.SA, a securities filing showed late on Thursday. nL2N3VD01E

** TikTok's China-based owner ByteDance will maintain ownership of TikTok's U.S. business operations and will cede control of the app’s data, content and algorithm to the newly formed joint venture, three sources familiar with the matter said. nL6N3VD0S0

** Pierre-Edouard Sterin, a conservative French billionaire looking to build up a media presence, is part of a consortium that has agreed to buy right-wing magazine Valeurs Actuelles, the parties involved in the deal said. nL6N3VD0O2

**  Indian Oil Corp IOC.NS, the country's top refiner, is in talks with European trader Vitol to set up a trading joint venture to expand its exposure in global oil markets, three IOC sources told Reuters. nL3N3VD0NE

** Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its Texas presence by acquiring Head Insurance and entered Arkansas with the acquisition of Arkansas Best Insurance Agency. nL6N3VD0MQ

** Online marketplace OLX will buy French motors classified platform La Centrale for 1.1 billion euros ($1.3 billion), OLX owner Prosus PRX.AS said, as it aims to establish itself as Europe's leading e-commerce provider. nL2N3VD03N

** U.S. investment manager Tiptree  said that South Korea's DB Insurance <005830.KS> would acquire its specialty insurance unit, The Fortegra Group, for about $1.65 billion in cash. nL3N3VD084

** India's Supreme Court said that JSW Steel's JSTL.NS $2.3 billion takeover of Bhushan Power and Steel (BPSL) could go ahead, reversing its own earlier decision to reject the deal. nL2N3VD03V
