September 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:

** Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its Texas presence by acquiring Head Insurance and entered Arkansas with the acquisition of Arkansas Best Insurance Agency.

** Online marketplace OLX will buy French motors classified platform La Centrale for 1.1 billion euros ($1.3 billion), OLX owner Prosus PRX.AS said, as it aims to establish itself as Europe's leading e-commerce provider.

** U.S. investment manager Tiptree  said that South Korea's DB Insurance <005830.KS> would acquire its specialty insurance unit, The Fortegra Group, for about $1.65 billion in cash.

** India's Supreme Court said that JSW Steel's JSTL.NS $2.3 billion takeover of Bhushan Power and Steel (BPSL) could go ahead, reversing its own earlier decision to reject the deal.
