    ** The developer of energy solutions signs non-binding heads
of agreement with a data center developer for developing
high-density computational facility at its Lesedi Gas-to-Power
project site in Botswana
    ** Lesedi is co's most advanced project
    ** About 1.5 mln shares change hands, 3 times the 30-day
average of shares
    ** Stock down 18.8% this year as of last close
