Profile Summary
Tlou Energy Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in developing energy solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa through gas-fired power and ancillary projects. The principal activity of the Company is to explore and evaluate power solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa through Coalbed Methane (CBM) gas-fired power. Its operations include Lesedi Project, Lesedi Gas-to-Power project, Mamba Project and Boomslang Project. The Lesedi Project consists of four Prospecting Licenses (PL) and a Production License. The Lesedi Gas-to-Power Project (Lesedi) is 100% owned and is the Company’s advanced project. At Lesedi, the Company is developing a proposed 10MW gas-to-power project. The Mamba area is situated adjacent to Lesedi. It consists of five Prospecting Licenses covering an area of approximately 4,500 square kilometers (Km2). Prospecting License, PL011/2019 designated Boomslang, is approximately 1,000 Km2 and is situated adjacent to the Company’s existing licenses.
