Board Changes

 

Belluscura plc announced on 9 February 2024 that the recommended all share
Offer for TMT Acquisition was now wholly unconditional.  Accordingly, Mr
Harry Hyman and Mr James Serjeant have today resigned as directors of the
Company with immediate effect.
