less than 2.4 million shares) of Tobu Store Co Ltd  8274.T , at
the price of 3,939 yen per share, for 17.63 billion yen in
total, during the period from Aug. 1 to Sept. 11 
    * Says it aims to raise voting power in Tobu Store Co Ltd to
100
percent from 29.3 percent
