    * Says it to issue unsecured bond worth 10 billion in total, 
through public offering 
    * Says each bonds worth 100 million yen 
    * Says bonds with annual interest rate of 0.58 percent 
    * Says the bonds will maturity on Sep. 5, 2031 
    * Says subscription date of Aug. 30 and payment date of Sep.
