3D Investment Partners calls on Japan's Toho to improve governance
TOKYO, March 25 (Reuters) - Singapore-based 3D Investment Partners on Tuesday published a reform plan for Japanese drugmaker Toho Holdings 8129.T, saying governance deficiencies have impaired corporate value. The fund, which holds about 18% of Toho's shares according to LSEG data, pointed in its report to the company's large cross-shareholdings and a failure to appoint independent board members.
