** The lead-silver explorer executes a subscription
agreement with Kingfisher Capital for A$10 mln ($7.10
mln)investment in co at $0.40/share, an 8 pct premium to stock's

granted approval for Toho Zinc Co Ltd's 5707.T proposed JV
