* Says it will set up JV, TR Engineering Ltd.,in Russia,
with a Russia-based firm, which is engaged in design and
construction of disaster prevention products, ski area and ski
resorts
* The JV will be engaged in manufacture and sales of
disaster prevention products
* Says the co and Russia-based firm will hold a 60 percent
stake and a 40 percent stake in the JV respectively
