    * Says it will issue new shares via public offering, with
issue
price of 629 yen per share (44.76 billion yen in total) and the
paid-in price of 603.04 yen per share(42.91 billion yen in
total)
    * Says it will distribute shares of its treasury common
stock
through public offering, at the paid-in price of 603.04 yen per
share, for 8.14 billion yen in total 
    * Says it will distribute shares of its treasury common
stock
through private placement to TOKYU CORP  9005.T  at the price of
629 yen per share, for 11 billion yen in total
    * Says it will issue 7.8 million new shares through private
placement to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., at the price of 603.04
yen per share, for up to 4.73 billion yen
