Tomra shares rise after Poland's deposit return system decision

**  Shares in Norway's Tomra Systems  TOM.OL  rise 5.4%;
analysts point to  Poland's recent decision to introduce a
deposit return system (DRS) for beverage containers
    ** "There has been mostly delays with new markets recently
and hence this is super positive. If true, it gives a nice
support for 2024 revenue," - Handelsbanken  
    ** With DRS, Poland's beverage container recycling rate
could jump to 90% from below 50% - co 
    ** DRS announcement marks "first positive news for Tomra in
a long time" - Jyske Bank 
    ** Stock second best performer on pan-European index STOXX
600  .STOXX , on track for its best day since Nov 2022
