TOMRA Systems ASA (TOMRA) is a creator of sensor-based solutions for resource productivity within the business streams of reverse vending, material recovery, recycling, mining and food. The Company's segments include collection solutions and sorting solutions. The Company's collection solutions segment consists of business streams, including Reverse Vending and Material Recovery. The Reverse Vending business stream comprises the development, production, sales and service of reverse vending machines and related data management systems in the deposit markets in Europe and the United States, in over 20 markets. The Material Recovery business stream consists of the pick-up, transportation and processing of empty beverage containers on behalf of beverage producers/fillers on the United States East Coast and in Canada. The Company sorting solutions segment is a provider of advanced optical sorting systems with over three business streams, including Food, Recycling and Mining.
