Nov 17 (Reuters) - Tongyang Inc  001520.KS  : 
    * Says it plans to divest fiber business into a new wholly 
owned 
subsidiary named Hanil Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd, which will 
mainly engaged in acrylic cotton yarn manufacturing and selling  
    * Expected divestiture effective date is Jan. 1, 2018
