BioCryst: Rises as genetic disorder drug to launch in Japan

** Shares of drug developer  BCRX.O  rise 7.6% to $10.42
    ** BCRX says the Japanese National Health Insurance System
(NHI) approved the addition of co's oral drug, ORLADEYO, to its

    ** Says drug will be launched in Japan by BCRX's partner,
Torii Pharmaceutical Co  4551.T , following the listing
    ** Says NHI price listing triggers a $15 mln milestone
payment from Torii to BCRX; co to also receive tiered royalties
ranging from 20%-40% of Japanese net sales 
    ** ORLADEYO was approved in Japan in January for the
preventive treatment of hereditary angioedema - a genetic
disorder characterized by attacks of severe swelling of the skin
and mucous membranes
    ** BCRX had risen 30% YTD, as of last close
