Toshiba tender offer from JIP-led group expected August or later -Jiji
TOKYO, July 7 (Reuters) - A tender offer for Japan's
Toshiba Corp 6502.T from a group led by Japan Industrial
Partners (JIP) is expected to start from August or later,
delayed from late July, the Jiji news agency reported on Friday.
The delay is owing to the need to seek regulatory approvals
in multiple countries, the report said.
