* Japanese chemical maker Tosoh Corp 4042.T said it restarted its 527,000
tonnes-per-year naphtha cracker in Yokkaichi, central Japan, on Friday as
planned, following a scheduled maintenance
* The company conducted the maintenance between March 9 and April 19
