TotalEnergies expands US venture with KKR with 700 MW portfolio Oct 12 (Reuters) - TotalEnergies TTEF.PA said on Monday it is expanding its joint venture with KKR KKR.N in the United States with the addition of a 700 megawatt renewables portfolio.
The deal reflects an enterprise value of $1.20 billion for the portfolio, and TotalEnergies will continue to operate the assets after completion of the transaction, the company added.
