London-listed Tirupati Graphite falls on potential board rejig

** Shares of Tirupati Graphite TGRT.L fall as much as 11%
to 4p; stock last down 5.6%
** Flake graphite firm says it recognises its current board
structure and composition needs addressing to ensure it returns
to Quoted Companies Alliance compliance with appointment of
wholly independent directors as soon as "practically possible"
** TGRT says it is seeking appointment of new non-executive
chair, non-executive directors and CFO
** Recommends shareholders to vote against resolutions put
forward by Walpole St. Andrews Nominees Ltd on behalf of group
of shareholders having above 5.8% stake in company
** Resolutions seek to remove Shishir Poddar, Puruvi Poddar
and Alastair Bath from office as directors, and to appoint Mark
Rollins, Leo Koot, Isabel de Salis and Murat Dogan Erden as
directors of company
