Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and
managed services to a variety of industrial sector announces that on 3 August
2023, Ian Martin, Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 91 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Ian Martin is beneficially interested in 830,250
Ordinary Shares, representing 10.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
