Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and
product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been
informed that on 22 January 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, purchased 10,000 shares at average price of 65.6 pence per share.

 

Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 17,804 shares in the Company
representing approximately 0.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
