Notice of Results and Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and
managed services to a variety of industrial sectors, expects to announce
results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 29 April 2025.

 

Investor Presentation: Thursday 1 May 2025 at 16.00

 

The Company also announces that Ian Martin (Executive Chairman), Mark Hardy
(current CEO), Lynden Jones (incoming CEO) and Natasha Rourke (CFO) will
provide a live presentation relating to the Investor Presentation via
Investor Meet Company on 01 May 2025, 16:00 BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential
shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet
Company dashboard up until 30 April 2025, 09:00 BST, or at any time during
the live presentation.
