RESULT OF AGM

 

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today
all resolutions were duly passed. The results of the proxy voting will be

The Company is still considering its options regarding a dividend and share
buyback programme, a further update for which will be given in the coming
weeks.
